It was 8th time to hold Open Innovations Forum 2019 at Skolkovo in Russia (https://openinnovations.ru/en/) and Prime Minister Medvedev also joined the Forum. This Forum was a meaningful opportunity for discussion which involves the various participants including entrepreneurs, scientists, government agency, governmental bodies and students not only from Russia but also from all over the world. Approximately 2,200 participants from 25 countries joined the Forum, and Konno appealed Japanese technology as a representative of Japan to the world. While he felt vitality of open innovation in Russia, he gave a speech on way to utilize the intellectual property such as patents and trade marks in business and how such activities leads to improvement of corporate value. IP Bridge continuously contributes to development of the intellectual property business as an opinion leader of Japan and the world in the field of the intellectual property and innovation.
